My mission is to empower women with the knowledge and tools they need to enhance their health and overall wellbeing, helping them reduce their symptoms and feel better in their bodies
Hi, I'm Emma

What I believe
Like many of you, I've faced my own share of hormonal and fertility challenges.
I've also experienced firsthand how naturopathy can heal.
I’ve made it my mission to break down the barriers surrounding hormone and period health. I'm passionate about empowering women to connect with their bodies, understand their hormones, and embrace their menstrual cycles.
As a degree-qualified naturopath and a registered nurse, my path in healthcare has been extensive. This unique combination has given me a deep understanding of the human body, allowing me to offer you a distinct blend of medical insight and naturopathic expertise. I place a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices, while also drawing upon naturopathic principles to support you at every stage of your wellness journey, and nail those hormonal issues. For good!
Each woman is unique and each woman deserves a personalised and practical treatment plan that works.
Together, let’s figure out what’s going on with your hormones and how you can be happy and healthy- just like you deserve to be!

My Story
From adolescence, I had difficulty understanding my period and I experienced painful periods and PMS, and in my 30's I navigated the challenges of infertility and miscarriages.

My personal health journey has always brought me back to naturopathy and its ability to heal the body.

From a young age I knew I wanted to be a naturopath and I completed my naturopathy degree in my early 20’s. Yet, by my mid-20s, I felt the need to widen my perspective and gain more life experience. This led me to pursue a Masters in Nursing, and after completing my studies, I found myself in the remote landscapes of the Kimberley in far north of Western Australia, where I lived and worked for a decade.

During this adventure, I also embarked on the journey of motherhood. This was a bumpy road for me, but it ultimately led me to welcome my two beautiful sons. Becoming a mother brought profound changes to my life, and it was during this transformative period that I truly recognised the value of my naturopathic knowledge.

My skills as a naturopath not only helped me navigate the complex landscapes of preconception, pregnancies, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding, but they also enabled me to ensure the health and happiness of my little ones.

Over this time, I’ve learned to appreciate my menstrual cycle and the innate wisdom of my body, and I’ve turned my experience into something that can help other women. I'm an advocate for women's health, the benefits of hormones, natural menstrual cycles, and period education.
